Access

Access is invitation-only. Operators add researchers to an allowlist; researchers receive a magic-link sign-in by email. There is no self-service signup, no public account creation, and no billing.

What you may use the tool for

You may use insightful.cx to analyse qualitative research data you have lawful permission to process — transcripts, participant metadata, video recordings — under whatever consent posture your project's participants agreed to. You are responsible for ensuring that the data you upload is data you may upload.

What we do with your data

See /privacy. In short: data stays in your tenant; transcripts go to Anthropic for analysis; nothing else leaves the stack.

Methodology and outputs

The tool produces draft findings, decks, and reports. Every claim in every output is back-traced to a participant quote, transcript offset, and (for video) timestamp. The tool proposes; you dispose. You are responsible for the analytic judgements you ship to clients.

What we don't promise

This is MVP-1 software. We do not promise availability, recovery from data loss, or a particular response time. Take your own backups of important outputs.

Termination

You may delete your projects at any time. We may revoke access if the tool is being used in a way that conflicts with the principles set out at /principles.
